Our Shipping Policy

Shipping Areas

Pinky Wink Furniture currently ships to all 50 states within the United States. We also accept orders for delivery to APO/FPO addresses. International shipping inquiries should be directed to our customer service team.

Shipping Times

Processing and shipping times depend on your location and the items ordered:

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days
  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (continental US)
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (additional fees apply)
  • Large Items: May require 7-14 business days for delivery due to size and logistics

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your items, as well as your location. You will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before finalizing your purchase. Some items may qualify for free or discounted shipping.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress. Visit the carrier's website to get real-time updates on your delivery status.

Delivery Signature

Certain large items may require a signature upon delivery. Our team will attempt delivery during normal business hours. If you're not home, the carrier will leave a notice of attempted delivery with instructions for rescheduling.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We package all items carefully to prevent damage during transit. However, if your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your tracking number. We will work with the carrier and either send a replacement or process a refund.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays can sometimes occur due to weather, high order volume, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us for an update.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We can only modify the address if the order hasn't been processed yet. For shipped orders, you may be able to arrange with the carrier to modify the delivery address.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse a delivery or an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact us to arrange for the item to be reshipped at your expense.
